Aaron’s expertise is website development, search engine optimization and digital marketing. He is a firm believer in the power of SEO in elevating a brand’s online visibility and makes it an integral part of every project.  Aaron oversees all technology and digital platforms and manages Google training at Fresh Creative.

Director of Strategy

Dinny K.

Dinny honed his business acumen as president of a publicly traded company subsidiary. As founder of Fresh Creative, he has led the firm’s growth and transition into digital and interactive marketing and manages the agency’s key accounts. Outside of the office, he enjoys antiquing, refereeing basketball and riding bike.

IT / Assets Manager

Scott M.

Scott’s expertise in digital and print communication makes him invaluable in cross-platform integration. He manages the Fresh Creative servers and digital assets, as well as the photography and video studios. When not at work, Scott organizes fundraisers for a foundation that benefits children with special needs. He also enjoys photography and working in his darkroom.

Interactive Developer

Jim K.

Jim is known for his technical expertise and attention to detail, whether he’s developing a website or programming interactive ads. He also provides CMS training for clients and helps keep websites up-to-date and running smoothly. Jim and his wife Kelly are parents to two adult daughters and two sons, who they adopted from Africa. Outside of the office he enjoys working on projects around his property and walking Evie, the family Chihuahua. He and Kelly also enjoy playing pickleball and entering pickleball tournaments.

New Business Development

Eric W.

Eric brings extensive experience in sales, printing and customer service and works closely with clients to provide the best possible solutions for their marketing needs. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and coaching 9^th-grade girls’ basketball. He’s also been singing in bands since high school.

Brittany brings a diverse skill set that includes expertise in accounting, marketing, web development, and data analysis. Her multifaceted experience is a valuable addition to the team, enhancing our capabilities across various domains.

Account Management

Sarah S.

Sarah’s organizational skills are an asset to her role assisting with invoicing and data collection. She holds a master’s degree in pediatric speech- language pathology and enjoys helping children build the skills needed to communicate. Sarah also has a passion for dance and is the co-director of the Schuylkill Ballet Theatre and the owner-director of the Studio 5 Dance Team.

Mercy is an accomplished web designer and developer with a passion for creating stunning and user-friendly websites. With a keen eye for design and a commitment to quality, she is able to produce exceptional results that meet the needs of clients and users alike. She is constantly expanding her knowledge and skills, staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry. When she’s not immersed in her work, she stays active through various forms of exercise, including attending CrossFit workouts and going for runs. She cherishes spending quality time with her husband and children, making memories that will last a lifetime.

Sally B.

Sally joined the Fresh Creative team after retiring from a career in public education. In addition to keeping the office running smoothly, she is valued for her proofreading skills and creative contributions to special projects. When not at Fresh, she can be found working in her yard and gardens, attending concerts and theater performances, creating delicious meals for family and friends or enjoying time with her husband Chuck and her son, stepchildren and two step-grandchildren.

Jay was part of the Fresh team for nearly 20 years.

Over the years, Jay held many different roles at Fresh. He often operated as an account manager, but he was a jack of all trades, helping out wherever he was needed.

That was who Jay was. His kindness and helpfulness were evident to all who knew him both inside and outside of work.
