Combining patient testimonials with important healthcare information, Fresh Creative has helped Good Samaritan communicate intrinsic brand values to the community through the feel good community magazine.
Fresh Creative has been the agency of record for The Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon since 2009. Along with managing and creating the hospital’s consumer advertising and internal marketing support materials, the Fresh team has helped the hospital implement their new brand in the market through the feel good community magazine.
The feel good community magazine was first launched in the fall of 2009 to introduce the hospital’s new brand into the market with patient testimonials, healthcare advancements and practical information like healthy tips and recipes. The 8-page semi-annual magazine is mailed to homes across the hospital’s primary market area.
Fresh Creative manages the entire feel good project from start to finish including conducting patient interviews, copywriting, photography, design and printing/mailing management.

The feel good magazine allows Good Samaritan to deliver their message directly into homes to educate and inform community residents as well as reinforce the hospital’s other marketing efforts.”
The Winter 2015 issue of feel good arrived in area homes in January and marked the culmination of issue planning that began in November. The issue featured a patient whose robotic-assisted surgery ended years of pain and sleepless nights as well as the heartfelt testimonial of a mother who joyfully welcomed her miracle baby at Good Samaritan thanks to the dedication and caring of her one-in-a-million doctor.
Capturing and conveying the emotion of these patients’ stories is a task that the Fresh Creative team of copywriting, design and photography professionals tackle with gusto for each issue of feel good because helping bring brands to life is what we do every day.
