A firm believer in the power of SEO to elevate a brand’s online visibility, he incorporates search best practices into every project from the ground up. Aaron oversees Fresh Creative’s technology infrastructure, digital platforms, and Google training initiatives, helping clients stay ahead in an ever-evolving digital landscape. His passion for innovation and measurable results continues to drive Fresh Creative forward. Outside of the office, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family and embracing his passion for running, often training for long-distance races and marathons.

Director of Strategy

Dinny K.

Dinny honed his business acumen as president of a publicly traded company subsidiary before founding Fresh Creative. Over the past three decades, he has led the agency’s growth and evolution into a full-service digital marketing firm, guiding strategy, fostering client relationships, and helping businesses navigate an increasingly digital world. His leadership and vision continue to shape Fresh Creative’s culture of innovation and service. Outside of work, Dinny enjoys refereeing basketball, and spending time outdoors on his bike.

IT / Assets Manager

Scott M.

Scott’s expertise in digital and print communication makes him invaluable in cross-platform marketing and creative integration. He manages Fresh Creative’s servers and digital assets while overseeing the photography and video studios that help bring clients’ stories to life. His technical knowledge and creative eye ensure projects are executed with precision and quality. Outside of work, Scott organizes fundraisers for a foundation benefiting children with special needs and enjoys photography and working in his darkroom.

Interactive Developer

Jim K.

Jim is known for his technical expertise and attention to detail, whether he’s developing a website or programming interactive ads. He also provides CMS training for clients and helps keep websites up-to-date and running smoothly. Jim and his wife Kelly are parents to two adult daughters and two sons, who they adopted from Africa. Outside of the office he enjoys working on projects around his property and walking Evie, the family Chihuahua. He and Kelly also enjoy playing pickleball and entering pickleball tournaments.

New Business Development

Eric W.

Eric brings extensive experience in sales, printing, and customer service, working closely with clients to identify thoughtful solutions that support their marketing goals. His ability to build relationships and understand each client’s unique needs allows him to deliver personalized service and long-term value. Eric is passionate about helping businesses grow and takes pride in seeing clients succeed. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, coaching girls’ basketball, and has been singing in bands since high school.

Brittany S.

Brittany brings a diverse skill set that spans accounting, marketing, web development, and data analysis. Her multifaceted experience strengthens Fresh Creative’s capabilities across numerous disciplines, allowing her to support projects with both strategic insight and technical expertise. Brittany’s adaptability and analytical mindset make her an invaluable member of the team.

Account Management

Sarah S.

Sarah’s organizational skills and attention to detail make her a valuable asset in assisting with invoicing, data collection, and administrative support. She holds a master’s degree in Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology and is passionate about helping children develop the skills needed to communicate and thrive. Sarah brings that same care and dedication to everything she does at Fresh Creative. Outside of work, she is the co-director of the Schuylkill Ballet Theatre and owner-director of the Studio 5 Dance Team.

Caroline N.

Caroline brings more than eight years of experience in digital marketing, with a career spanning top public relations agencies, a nationally recognized fashion house, and in-house marketing roles across a variety of industries. Her background in public relations and brand marketing has shaped her passion for storytelling, strategic copywriting, and creating campaigns that resonate with audiences in meaningful ways. She specializes in social media strategy, paid advertising, content creation, and brand development, helping clients communicate their message with clarity while driving measurable results. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Philadelphia’s arts and restaurant scene, photography, and staying active through tennis.

Mercy M.

Mercy is an accomplished web designer and developer with a passion for creating stunning and user-friendly websites. With a keen eye for design and a commitment to quality, she is able to produce exceptional results that meet the needs of clients and users alike. She is constantly expanding her knowledge and skills, staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry. When she’s not immersed in her work, she stays active through various forms of exercise, including attending CrossFit workouts and going for runs. She cherishes spending quality time with her husband and children, making memories that will last a lifetime.

Jay was part of the Fresh team for nearly 20 years.

Over the years, Jay held many different roles at Fresh. He often operated as an account manager, but he was a jack of all trades, helping out wherever he was needed.
